PTown’s IPA Micro Gift Package

Germans are not well known for big hoppy beers, but Portland is, so we put our brewers to work creating the ultimate German IPA. Hop-forward, spicy, herbal and citrus aromas from the German hops meld with the clean backbone of German malts and yeast. What does this explosive mix create? A hop bomb, or as the Germans say it: Hopfenbombe! A German-style IPA   -Zoiglhaus

Wilfs tap beer is always from Zoiglhaus, so it must be in our gift package! Beer lovers will be in heaven with this package filled with ‘local’ goodies from the Northwest and this IPA. This tasty collection starts with Olympia Provisions Finocchiona (fin-OHK-ee-own-ah) a traditional Italian salami with garlic, black pepper & fennel. This specialty meat pairs well with AJ’s Walla Walla sweet onion mustard with dill and Moon Cheese crunchy bites of golden delights. The Alaska Smokehouse naturally wild smoked salmon, Rose City Pepperheads pepper jelly, and Elki water sesame crackers rounds out our charcuterie plate. The finale is McTavish traditional, handmade from scratch shortbread, dipped in chocolate.
