Northwest Columbia Winery Red Blend Gift Package

A selection of Syrah, Merlot, and Malbec grapes for this 2017 Red Blend, producing a wine with intricate layers of complexity and supple tannins. Sumptuous aromas of red fruit on the nose are backed by hints of vanilla and brown spice over plum, boysenberry, and ripe cherry notes on the palate.

This Red Blend from the Yakima Valley is incredibly food-friendly and will complement our gourmet gift package filled with ‘local’ goodies from the Northwest, much like our nibble plate we serve at Wilfs. This tasty collection starts with Olympia Provisions Finocchiona (fin-OHK-ee-own-ah) a traditional Italian salami with garlic, black pepper & fennel. This specialty meat pairs well with AJ’s Walla Walla sweet onion mustard with dill and Moon Cheese crunchy bites of golden delights. The Alaska Smokehouse naturally wild smoked salmon, Rose City Pepperheads pepper jelly and Elki water sesame crackers rounds out our charcuterie plate. The finale is McTavish traditional, handmade from scratch shortbread, dipped in chocolate.
