The Alaska Smokehouse naturally wild smoked salmon, Rose City Pepperheads pepper jelly, and Elki water sesame crackers rounds out our charcuterie plate. The finale is McTavish traditional, handmade from scratch shortbread, dipped in chocolate.

This wine has big tannins but is round and approachable on the finish with notes of toasted oak, anise, and black cherry. This is a classic Washington Cabernet Sauvignon that is tannic but fruit-forward.
