You make your own selections of one or all four!

Mixed fruit salad with mint…3.50 pp

Breakfast breads and croissants, fruit compote…2.25 pp

Bowl of yogurt served with granola…serves up to 8   15.

Assorted bagels with cream cheese…3.25 pp

Hot Breakfast options

Egg scramble, with mushrooms, sautéed onions, peppers and cheese $3.50 pp

Quiche: vegetarian…scallions, mushrooms, onions, herbs and cheese serves 7 guests   $26.25

Roasted potatoes…2.00 pp

Pepper bacon..1.75 per slice

Link sausage…1.25 per link

Lunch Choices… Please select one entrée    Served with fresh bread                    

Chicken or beef enchiladas… Served with Spanish rice, cheese, tomatillo sauce, flour tortilla   12.

Chicken and broccoli stir fry…with garlic, ginger, hoisin sauce topped with sesame seeds    12.75

Chicken caramel stir fry… grilled chicken, julienne vegetables, caramel peanut sauce over rice topped with sesame seeds    12.75      For g/f replace with Jasmine rice

Steak Diane pasta… Steak bites, mushrooms, shallots, grey poupon mustard, white pepper, demi-glace cream and    brandy    13.

Tuscan lemon chicken thighs… Rosemary, garlic, lemon juice and lemon zest marinade served with oven roasted baby red potatoes       12.

Cheese ravioli with sage walnut butter sauce…served with garlic bread baguette    13.

Add a salad $3.50 pp Seasonal greens tossed with vanilla bean vinaigrette dressing, plum tomatoes, berries
